AdMOS develops state-of-the art-parameter extraction packages for Agilent's ICCAP software and offers device modeling services directly to ICCAP customers. With our expertise in ultra deep sub-micron device modeling, we have successfully contributed to the development of the BSIM3 Modeling Package and the BSIM4 Modeling Package that can generate complete and accurate DC-to-RF models for today's CMOS devices.
