HiSIM2.51 Modeling Package
The model extraction package, for use with Agilent's Integrated Circuit Characterization and Analysis Program (IC-CAP) software, provides an easy-to-use and efficient flow to measure and extract accurate DC and RF model parameter values. The HiSIM2.51 is a surface potential model which provides a more robust formulation for the internal currents and charges and ultimately results in more accurate circuit simulations for non-linear RF circuits such as mixers, amplifiers and switches.
